Project leads · Kentucky & Southern Indiana
Bid on the job before your competitors hear about it.
BidPipe finds projects going out to bid in your trade and territory, lets you bid for exclusive rights to each lead, and drops every lead you win straight into your CRM with the contact, scope and bid date filled in.
From bid invite
to pipeline
The whole path from a project being posted to a rep calling the GC, with no spreadsheets or forwarded emails in between.
Set your trades & turf
Pick CSI divisions, job size, and the counties you serve. You only see leads that match.
Bid for the lead
Bid for exclusive rights, or buy a shared seat at a flat price. Set a max and auto-bid handles the rest.
Win and sync
A won lead becomes a deal in your CRM with stage, owner, contact and bid date mapped to your fields.
Track the return
Mark the job won or lost. BidPipe reports cost per lead against revenue closed so you know where to bid harder.
Live console
Place a bid, outlast the other bidders, and watch the lead move into the pipeline and out to your CRM. Every project here is sample data.

Questions
Where do the leads come from?
Public bid boards, permit filings, plan rooms, and GCs who post invitations to bid directly. Each lead is checked by a person before it goes live: the contact is confirmed and the bid date verified.
What does "exclusive" mean?
The highest bidder at close is the only company that gets the lead. Shared leads go to at most three buyers at a fixed price, and you can see how many seats are left.
What if a lead is bad?
Flag it within 48 hours with a reason (wrong number, project cancelled, outside your scope). Approved claims come back as credit, usually the same day.
Do I need a CRM?
No. Starter plans include a built-in pipeline and CSV export. Connect a CRM whenever you're ready and past leads sync over.
